Tatenda Nyamagudza

Tatenda Nyamagudza holds a BEng (Hons) Mining Engineering (UZ) as well as an MSc Mining Engineering from St Petersburg State Mining Institute (Russia). He has been involved in the mining and environmental management industry for several years. He has worked for Freda Rebecca as a Graduate Trainee. He has also done work for DTZ-OZGEO alluvial mine in Penhalonga as Projects Engineer as well as working for IfAB mining consultants, based in Harare, as a Projects Engineer again. He is currently part-time lecturer at Manicaland College of Applied Sciences and an associate of Ateg Resources where he has been involved with several greenfield projects both at medium and small scale level.

Takunda Hove

Takunda Hove is a holder of an MSc degree in Social Ecology (UZ) and currently studying for MSc Biodiversity, Wildlife & Ecosystems Health with the University of Edinburgh. Upon graduating from UZ, he joined the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development as a Mining Law Administrative Officer. He then left and co-founded Ateg Resources where he is the Managing Consultant. He has been involved in mining and environmental consultancy for 14 years, undertaking projects ranging from exploration, mining, energy, land development and infrastructural development projects. Some notable projects completed under his supervision includ an EIA for Mbada Diamonds Mine Slimes Dam Expansion (April 2012), an EIA for Mbada Diamonds Heavy Duty Workshop (August 2012),Resettlement Action Plan for Mbada Diamonds (2012), EIA for Kensys Gas (2012), an EIA for Chiredzi Town CBD Expansion (2013), EIA for Nyati Eco Lodge in Headlands (2014), EIA for Harare Sunshine Bazaar (2015), EIA for GP Gases (2015), the Ecological Assessment for Beitbridge to Masvingo Road dualization (March 2015), EMP for Falcon ‘s Golden Quarry, Camperdown & Santoy Mines (2015), an EIA for Feedmix Stockfeeds Manufacturing Plant (2015), An EIA for Dunamis Chicken Abattoir (January 2016), EIA for Steel Brands (2017), EIA for Rusitu Mini-Hydro Plant (2018), ESIA for Salene Chrome Zimbabwe Exploration (2018), ESIA for Zimplats- Palmine JV Cattle Ranching Project (2019), ESIA for Zimplats SMC TSF Expansion (2020), ESIA for Zimplats Ngezi and Selous Solar Plants (2021), just to mention but a few..

Luckstone Saungweme

Luckstone Saungweme is a geologist who holds a University of Zimbabwe Bachelor of Science honours degree in geology, with twenty years hands on experience in all aspects of geology, from grassroots projects up to feasibility study level. Minerals dealt with include gold, antimony, copper, lead and silver deposits, platinum group metals (PGMs), Iron ore deposits, tantalum, emeralds, diamonds, coal and coal bed methane gas exploration. Luckstone was part of the team involved in executing 14km drilling at the Indarama mine, central Zimbabwe to upgrade the resource to higher international resource levels, up to more than a million ounces. He also was the manager in charge of 22km of Reverse Circulation drilling and diamond drilling done at the Pickstone Peerless Project in Chegutu, Zimbabwe. In addition, Luckstone was also the Exploration Manager in charge of Camec’s Bokai Platinum Project in Shurugwi where a total of 8000m of diamond drilling and compiling the Geology Feasibility report was achieved in 8 months. He has also done some work in Mozambique where he was Manager in charge of both bedrock and alluvial exploration activities on the Chua and Nhamucuara licences of Mozambique in the Manica gold belt that led to successful listing of Mamba Minerals (Pvt) Ltd on the ASX stock exchange in Australia. Further, he was also the Contract Technical Project Manager with Hummingbird Resources of the United Kingdom in Liberia, (West Africa). He was responsible for resource evaluation with the aim of doubling the current known 1 million ounces gold resource to 2 million ounces by applying the already known geological conceptual model to the adjacent areas within the Birimian graphitic gold belt. Being an associate of Ateg Resources, Luckstone brings a wealth of experience to the whole team.

Nicholas Chizodza

Nicholas Chizodza is a public consultation specialist who has been with Ateg Resources for quite some time and has participated in several EIAs. His wide experience is valuable to the organization and our clients.

Bruce Ndeke

Bruce is a GIS and SHE expert who holds a BSc Honours Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies and currently studying for an MSc in Safety, Health and Environmental Management. He joined Ateg Resources as an Environmental attaché and rose through the ranks. He has participated in several projects which include Zimplats-Palmline JV Cattle Ranching Project ESIA, Salene Chrome Exploration ESIA, Pan African Mining Air Emission Surveys, Zuva Petroleum Air Emission Surveys, Training of GIS at Zimbabwe Evaluation Association, among other assignments.

Moreblessing Jomboro

Moreblessing is a holder of a BSc (Hons) Psychology (UZ) as well as an MSc Community Psychology (MSU). She has been involved in Community Development work for quite some time, having worked as a District Social Services Officer for Wedza District. She has been with Ateg Resources since its inception and boasts a lot of experience in undertaking social impact assessments for various projects.

Tamuka Chipakato

Tamuka Chipakato is a Midlands State University graduate, holding a BSc (Hons) Geography and Environmental Studies. He has vast experience in environmental management and currently he is working as a SHE officer at JM Construction. Being an associate of Ateg Resources, the organisation is benefitting from his experience.

Beauty Rupende

Beauty is a seasoned biologist who graduated from UZ in 2012 with BSc (Hons) Biological Science degree. She has been involved in several EIA projects and her knowledge and experience is invaluable to Ateg Resources.

Clement Kabayadondo

Clement Kabayadondo is a holder of BSc (Hons) Geography and Environmental Studies from Midlands State University. He joined Ateg Resources as an Environmental attaché and rose through the ranks to become the Senior Environmental Consultant. He has been involved in several projects and his capabilities are contributing to the soaring Ateg Resources image.
